Refund and cancellation policy
Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 2026-09-30
Everything needed to run your academic year in Grademap is free. This policy covers Grademap Pro, the optional paid subscription. It sits alongside the Terms of service, and where the two differ the Terms apply.
Who you buy from
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for every Grademap Pro purchase. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt, handles tax, and handles refunds. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to your purchase.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from Membership in the app, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. There is no minimum term.
- When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
- Your account then continues on the free plan. Nothing you have made is deleted because a subscription ended.
- Deleting your account cancels any live subscription straight away.
Refunds
- Your 14-day right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because Pro is a digital service that starts straight away, that right can end once it starts with your consent. Paddle asks for that consent at checkout.
- Asking for a refund. To ask for a refund, use the link on your Paddle receipt email or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle decides every refund request under its refund policy.
- If we end your subscription. If we close an account with a paid subscription for any reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
